 Fun, meaningful activities like games, crafts, music, and movement that promote cognitive stimulation and emotional well-being, as well as socialization, creativity, and friendship. 

 Fresh, balanced meals and snacks are provided according to dietary requirements, with consideration for individual preferences and nutritional needs. 

 Our trained caregivers help with grooming, bathing, toileting, and other activities of daily living to ensure personal hygiene, comfort, and dignity.  

For individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, cognitive challenges, we offer specialized programs designed to enhance memory, cognitive function, and emotional well-being.   

Clients will have access to rehabilitative services to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and overall functional independence.   

Transportation services are provided to ensure safe and convenient transportation to and from Concord Adult Day Care for participants who require assistance.   

Concord Adult Day Care will provide case management services as needed to participants, helping to coordinate with providers, complete paperwork, and schedule necessary appointments.

We offer a wide range of amenities to ensure that our residents feel comfortable and at home. From private rooms to delicious meals, we have everything needed to promote a high quality of life.
